Workshops are best when at least 2 hours minimum so we have time for hands-on work. Half-day sessions and multi-session series are available when teams want deeper customization or to layer multiple frameworks.

Both! I travel for in-person sessions. Virtual sessions use breakouts and live collaboration so they're still interactive and engaging, not lecture-style.

Every workshop is built around your product, your team's real work, and the specific outcomes you want them to walk out with. I review your existing materials beforehand to get a sense of where the team is at.

Both. A series of workshops works especially well when teams need to build muscle across messaging, demos, and storytelling. Whether you do one workshop or three, I can also offer 1:1 coaching and office hours as a post-workshop follow-up.

Teams leave having started real work: a demo story they've started building, a messaging draft they've workshopped, or a positioning doc they've sketched. Plus the frameworks and templates they need to apply the lessons to future work.
